We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our friendly and collaborative finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.

About the Role

As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our finance function. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep everything running seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing weekly payment runs and ensuring payments are made on time.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Responding to supplier and internal finance queries.
  • Maintaining accurate supplier records and account information.
  • Processing employee expense claims.
  • Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliations.
  • Assisting with continuous improvements to finance processes.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider finance team when required.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a great eye for detail, and takes ownership of your work. Ideally you'll bring:

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience.
  • Strong reconciliation skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using accounting software (experience with legal practice management systems is advantageous but not essential).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities.
