About the Role
As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our finance function. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep everything running seamlessly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Managing weekly payment runs and ensuring payments are made on time.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Responding to supplier and internal finance queries.
- Maintaining accurate supplier records and account information.
- Processing employee expense claims.
- Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliations.
- Assisting with continuous improvements to finance processes.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider finance team when required.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a great eye for detail, and takes ownership of your work. Ideally you'll bring:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong reconciliation skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using accounting software (experience with legal practice management systems is advantageous but not essential).
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities.
